The Excel Sign-on swipe system facility enables fast efficient signing on of the workers at their workplace, while administrative staff can actively monitor attendance levels from a remote location. The real time update of the core system will immediately alert them of any impending problems so contingency can be made, and the required staffing levels are maintained.

Each employee can be issued with a unique ID card, which enables the user to sign on at an appropriate Excel swipe terminal registering their attendance. It doubles as an identification badge and will integrate to door security systems.
